Weekend RN / Hospice Home
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Every other weekend / 24 Weekend Days
QUALIFICATIONS: This person will be a key member of the interdisciplinary team that provides care for hospice patients in the Hospice Home, 14-bed in-patient facility. Must possess the ability to recognize and attend to the needs of hospice patients and their families Must exhibit excellent communication skills with patients and families, be able to work efficiently and complete documentation accurately in the Allscripts computer system. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have a current RN license to practice in the state of Indiana., computer skills necessary for electronic charting, have a current license to practice in Indiana, be CPR certified, have a valid Indiana driver’s license and current automobile insurance and a commitment to superior customer service. CNA, Hospice Home
(PRN)
QUALIFICATIONS: Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home is seeking a CNA to work evenings 2:30 – 11 p.m. and be available PRN. This person will be a key member of the interdisciplinary team that provides care for hospice patients. The person in this position provides total patient care in the Hospice Home, 14-bed in-patient facility. Must possess the ability to recognize and attend to the needs of hospice patients and their families, computer skills necessary for electronic charting, have a current CNA license to practice in Indiana, be CPR certified, have a valid Indiana driver’s license and current automobile insurance and a commitment to superior customer service.
